There are few words needed to describe the discovery of this most recent single shoe incident. Discovered at the top end of a southbound highway exit ramp, this lone kicker had apparently “worn out” its welcome. One thing is for certain however....there is one VERY cold sole out there somewhere!

I can only imagine how cold this guys one foot was after ditching one sole and continuing on down the road mono-soled. Idiot. I hope he got frostbite and was so sore he couldn't even move.

I too am fascinated with this street pollution. How does it get there?, are they missed?, what happens to them over time. I actually started "collecting" them, and have them in my garage. Mostly men's shoes, and Nike's, I have observed...and even some expensive ones...Air Jordan’s, etc. Interesting to find out how many others have this same intrigue. : ) Kelly- Dallas, TX
